London Marathon charity challenge

Stephanie O’Reilly is looking to raise at least £2,000 for the ‘Get Kids Going’ charity – via sponsorship of her London Marathon efforts – and has set up a donations page to help spread awareness.

Stephanie, 26, explains: “Our parent company EZE Group does a lot of work with both charities and sporting concerns, but Get Kids Going is not one you hear too much about and they do such a great job in motivating disabled children to carry on and achieve their sporting potential.

“They help with sports grants for training, physiotherapy, travel and competition fees, but also the design and development of specially built sports wheelchairs which can be extremely expensive for families. I think it’s a fantastic charity that supports children with all disabilities and from all backgrounds and I very much look forward to running for them!

“Two years ago my Dad (EZE Group CEO Dominic O’Reilly, age 51) did it, also for Get Kids Going, with no training what so ever and completed it in five and a half hours and I walked away thinking I can do this – so here I am getting properly fit again and all for a brilliant and worthwhile cause.”
