The air and flights bookings made with Everywhere Travel are protected by the Civil Aviation Authority.
The bookings we make are ATOL protected and an ATOL certificate will be provided for each flight or package booking made with us.
ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
Passengers should assume that all bookings made are sold on a totally non-refundable basis unless otherwise advised by us. All cancellations by a client must be in writing, if a client cancels a booking the deposit will be retained by us as fee to cover expenses, but clients are liable for all expenses and liabilities incurred by us if they exceed the deposit.
All final balances must be paid at least fourteen weeks prior to departure or the date given at the time of booking. If they are not paid we reserve the right to cancel, which we may be exercised without any notice to the passenger whatsoever, to cancel the reservation and retain any balances.
Charges of 2.5 per cent occur when using any major credit card on both deposit and final balances.
Changes of requested travel arrangements
All requests by passengers to alter a booking or travel arrangements must be in writing. Please be aware charges will be paid at the time of amendments and these can range depending on the nature of the amendment and the time scale in which you make the change.
Please be aware prices can fluctuate on a daily basis and the prices quoted on quotation are not held. As we work on a live system these can change at any time. Until confirming and making the booking prices will not be held.
Information given at the time of booking
Information given at the time of booking is accepted by Everywhere Travel as being correct, we therefore do not accept any responsibility for errors in the information provided to us.
Passports Visa and Health Certificates
Passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visa when required. For further passport information please check the relevant Gov.uk website for full information.
Currently we are unable to offer travel insurance, however we would like to point out the importance of taking insurance out. We therefore recommend that this is to be taken as soon as you can after making the holiday booking, so you are fully covered in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancelling your holiday.
Data Protection Policy
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet all your requirements, we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information when passing it on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your tour operator, airlines hotels, transport companies etc.
Please be aware only information changes or cancellation can be made by the lead name on the booking and this would have to be in writing before we able to cancel or change any of the booking.
